Order Processing

Orders are made to order and require 2-3 business days for production (excluding weekends and holidays) before they are shipped.

Orders placed after [Cut-Off Time 2:00 PM] will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons or sales periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
- Because our products are made to order, processing times (2-3 days) is seperate from shipping time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported as stolen. We recommend contacting your local carrier or filing a claim if necessary.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
