Refund policy

1. Returns

You may request a return within 14  days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable/digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days]

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or incorrect)

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrectly shipped

If you need an exchange, contact us at serado.clothing@gmail.com   within  2 days of delivery.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)

  3. Contact your bank

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase.
After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be processed or shipped.
